Please send Dialektli or any of its employees, any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works (“Submissions”) in any form. This policy is intended solely to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes if Dialektli's products or marketing strategies may be similar to the ideas submitted to Dialektli. If you choose to send us your ideas despite our request, the following terms and conditions will apply to your submissions, regardless of the content of your letter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING AN IDEA

You agree that: (1) your Submissions and their contents automatically become the property of Dialektli without any compensation to you; (2) Dialektli the Submissions and may use or redistribute the contents for any purpose and in any manner; (3) Dialektli is not obliged to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the submitted contributions.
